چکیده

Beginning in October 2020 and ending April 2021, researchers from Al-Nahrain University's High Institute for Infertility Diagnosis Assisted Reproductive Technologies compared the success rates of two different methods diagnosing treating infertility. The major purpose research was to assess impact a combined trigger (follicle-stimulating hormone [FSH] human chorionic gonadotropin [hCG]) on endometrial receptivity (endometrial thickness, pattern, sub-endometrial blood flow). A total 100 females took part study. All patients gave their informed written consent, study approved by University Ethics Committee. Procedure Time To confirm ovulation, measure analyze examine flow, vaginal ultrasound done 36 48 hours following ovulation. four hormones (FSH, LH, Progesterone, E2) were tested at same time determine whether couple fertile, complete medical history, physical examination whereas performed each member pair. An probe used do transvaginal examination. Patients placed dorsal lithotomy position with an empty bladder early follicular US (CD 2-3) number antral follicles, rule out ovarian cysts or other pathology. second during middle cycle (CD9-14) mature follicle had been found. multiplanar image uterus acquired after scan swept across mid-sagittal plane. Age-Specific Serum Anti-Mullerian Hormone and Follicle Stimulating Hormone Concentrations in Infertile Iranian Women

Background Anti-Müllerian hormone (AMH) is secreted by the granulosa cells of growing follicles during the primary to large antral follicle stages. Abnormal levels of AMH and follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) may indicate a woman’s diminished ability or inability to conceive. Our aim is to investigate the changes in serum AMH and FSH concentrations at different age groups and its correlation w...

Follicle Stimulating Hormone and Anti-Mullerian Hormone Among Fertile and Infertile Women in Ile-ife, Nigeria: is There a Difference?

Background Reduced ovarian reserve has been known to predict poor ovarian response and poor success rates in infertile women undergoing assisted reproductive technology. Ovarian reserve also decreases with age but the rate of decline defers from a woman to another. The aim of this study was to detect any difference in ovarian reserve as measured by basal serum FSH and AMH between matched cohort...

Superovulation of Beef Heifers with Follicle Stimulating Hormone or Human Menopausal Gonadotropin: Acute Effects on Hormone Secretion

The effects of superovulatory treatment (follicle stimulating hormone [FSH] versus human menopausal gonadotropin [HMG]) and of route of administration (intramuscular versus intravenous) of prostaglandin F2a (PGF2a) on hormonal profiles were determined in 32 Angus x Hereford heifers for breeding and subsequent embryo collection and transfer. Heifers were superstimulated either with FSH (total of...

Comparison of Oocyte Maturation Trigger Using Follicle Stimulating Hormone Plus Human Chorionic Gonadotropin versus hCG Alone in Assisted Reproduction Technology Cycles

Objective The success rates of assisted reproduction technology (ART) could be developed with the improvement of ovarian stimulation protocols as well as the optimization of final oocyte maturation. The goal of this study was to compare oocyte maturation, fertilization and pregnancy rates among women with concomitant FSH administration at the time of hCG trigger and the hCG trigger alone. Mater...
